California High School Lacrosse - Carlsbad drops to La Costa Canyon
May 3, 2022: Carlsbad, CA 92008 La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA), 21-8 in a league battle.
The Mavericks now have a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Poway for a Avocado battle on Friday, May 6. La Costa Canyon will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 12-8 league loss to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA). The Titans record now stands at 11-5.
In their next game, the Lancers clash with the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 7. Carlsbad will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record.
