New York High School Softball - Our Lady of Mercy bounces Williamson
May 3, 2022: Rochester, NY 14610 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Our Lady of Mercy Monarchs (Rochester, NY) and the visiting Williamson Marauders (Williamson, NY), witnessed Our Lady of Mercy's softball squad prevail over Williamson by a count of 16-1.
The Monarchs now sport a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Letchworth for a non-league match on Saturday, May 7. Our Lady of Mercy will face a Indians squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to Avon (Avon, NY). The Indians record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Williamson moves to 1-2 on the season. The Marauders travel to East Rochester (East Rochester, NY) to face the Bombers in a Wayne County match on Monday, May 9. The Bombers go into the match with a record of 0-11. East Rochester lost 16-7 in their recent league match against Clyde-Savannah (Clyde, NY)
