Maryland High School Softball - Walter Johnson bounces Einstein
May 3, 2023: Kensington, MD 20895 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) and the host Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD), witnessed Walter Johnson's softball squad prevail over Einstein by a count of 19-6.
The Wildcats now sport a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to Clarksburg for a Montgomery County 4A - West match on Thursday, May 4. Walter Johnson will face a Coyotes squad coming off a 5-2 league win over Sherwood (Sandy Spring, MD). The Coyotes record now stands at 13-1.
With the loss, Einstein moves to 1-4 on the season. The Titans travel to Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Friday, May 5. The Blue Devils go into the match with a record of 0-4.
