May 3, 2024: West Lafayette, OH 43845 Philo Electrics (Duncan Falls, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Ridgewood Generals (West Lafayette, OH), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Philo upgrades its record to 7-14 on the season. The Electrics host Athens (The Plains, OH) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 7. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 16-4. Athens lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Wellston (Wellston, OH)
With the defeat, Ridgewood falls to 5-14 on the season. The Generals travel to Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH) to battle the Mustangs in a Inter-Valley test on Monday, May 6. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 5-14. Claymont won 5-2 in their recent non-league test against Chippewa (Doylestown, OH)
