Wisconsin High School Softball - Hartford bounces Elkhorn
May 3, 2024: Hartford, WI 53027 Hartford Orioles (Hartford, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Elkhorn Elks (Elkhorn, WI), 8-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Orioles now own a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Washington for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. Hartford will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 18-4 league loss to West Bend West (West Bend, WI). The Pirates record now stands at 8-9.
With the loss, Elkhorn falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Elks travel to Palmyra-Eagle (Palmyra, WI) to battle the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 8-10. Palmyra-Eagle won 8-2 in their recent league challenge against Parkview (Orfordville, WI)
