Illinois High School Soccer - Chicago University toppled by Saint Ignatius College Prep
May 3, 2025: Chicago, IL 60608 Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack (Chicago, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Chicago University Maroons (Chicago, IL), 8-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Saint Ignatius College Prep advances its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Whitney Young (Chicago, IL) to confront the Dolphins in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Dolphins enter the battle with a record of 8-5. Whitney Young won 4-0 in their recent non-league battle against Northside (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Maroons confront the Regina Dominican Panthers (Wilmette, IL) in a Independent Schools battle, on Monday, May 5. Chicago University will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 5-5 record after their 1-0 league win over Francis W. Parker (Chicago, IL).
