The Democrats now own a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Dr. Maya Angelou Community for a challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Jefferson will clash with a Phoenix team coming off a 9-1 league loss to Santee (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Gardena drops to 1-9 on the year.
