The Oakton Cougars triumphed over the host South County Stallions lacrosse team by a tally of 17-5 in Saturday's non-league match.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Centreville Wildcats (Clifton, VA) in a Concorde match, on Tuesday, May 6. Oakton will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 16-13 league loss to Chantilly (Chantilly, VA).

The Stallions (6-6) will now prepare for their match against West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Spartans enter the Patriot match with a 0-11 record. In their last match, West Springfield was overwhelmed by Hayfield (Alexandria, VA), 14-11, in a non-league match.
