May 3, 2025: Belding, MI 48809 The Evart Wildcats overwhelmed the host Belding Black Knights softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Lakewood Vikings (Lake Odessa, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 3. Evart will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record.
The Black Knights (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hopkins (Hopkins, MI). The Vikings go into the Ottawa-Kent - Silver challenge with a 8-9 record. In their last challenge, Hopkins was routed by Covenant Christian (Grand Rapids, MI), 15-4, in a non-league challenge.
