May 3, 2025: Palatine, IL 60067 The Fremd Vikings edged the visiting Minooka Indians softball squad by a count of 4-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Vikings meet the Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers (Bradley, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 3. Fremd will attempt to upgrade on its 18-3 season record. The Boilermakers enter the challenge with a 11-8 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL).
The Indians (14-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Joliet West (Joliet, IL). The Tigers enter the Suburban Prairie - South challenge with a 2-17 record. In their last challenge, Joliet West was nudged by Marengo (Marengo, IL), 6-5, in a non-league challenge.
