May 3, 2025: Springfield, MN 56087 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders (St. Cloud, MN) and the host Springfield Tigers (Springfield, MN), observed St. Cloud Cathedral's softball team get by Springfield by a tally of 7-2.
The Crusaders (19-0) will now prepare for their bout against Foley (Foley, MN). The Falcons go into the Granite Ridge bout with a 4-4 record.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs (Hector, MN) in a Tomahawk bout, on Monday, May 5. Springfield will attempt to advance on its 4-12 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Lester Prairie (Lester Prairie, MN).
