Maine High School Lacrosse - Kennebunk drops to South Portland
May 30, 2023: Kennebunk, ME 04043 In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting South Portland Red Riots lacrosse squad scored a good 19-2 victory over the Kennebunk Rams.
The Red Riots now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonny Eagle for a Class A South test on Thursday, June 1. South Portland will face a Scots squad coming off a 21-2 league loss to Thornton Academy (Saco, ME). The Scots record now stands at 4-9.
In their next game, the Rams face the York Wildcats (York, ME) in a Class B test, on Thursday, June 1. Kennebunk will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 14-2 non-league win over Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME).
