Iowa High School Baseball - Ogden held off by Boone
May 30, 2025: Ogden, IA 50212 Boone Toreadors (Boone, IA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Ogden Bulldogs (Ogden, IA), 5-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Boone advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Toreadors host A-D-M (Adel, IA) to battle the Tigers in a Raccoon River match on Monday, June 2. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 3-4. A-D-M won 13-0 in their recent non-league match against Creston (Creston, IA)
The Bulldogs now have a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center for a West Central match on Monday, June 2. Ogden will battle a squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The record now stands at 1-3.
