The Belmont Red Raiders overwhelmed the host Hillsboro-Deering Hillcats softball squad by a count of 6-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Red Raiders meet the Fall Mountain Wildcats (Langdon, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, June 4. Belmont will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 17-1 league win over Kearsarge (North Sutton, NH).
