Iowa High School Baseball - Wayne loses to Interstate 35
May 31, 2025: Truro, IA 50257 Interstate 35 Roadrunners (Truro, IA) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Wayne Falcons (Corydon, IA), 15-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Interstate 35 moves its record to 8-0 on the season. The Roadrunners host Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA) to confront the Lions in a West Central match on Monday, June 2. The Lions come into the match with a record of 2-3. Des Moines Christian lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against West Marshall (State Center, IA)
The Falcons now possess a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest Valley for a Pride of Iowa match on Tuesday, June 3.
