May 31, 2025: Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Jefferson Hawks (Cedar Rapids, IA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Anamosa Raiders (Anamosa, IA), 13-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Jefferson improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Hawks travel to Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Saturday, June 7. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 7-0.
The Raiders now hold a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Alburnett for a non-league game on Wednesday, June 4.
