Iowa High School Softball - Grand View Christian bounces Carroll
May 31, 2025: Des Moines, IA 50317 The Grand View Christian Thunder softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Carroll Tigers to 3 in the Thunder non-league win on Saturday.
The Thunder now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saydel for a non-league battle on Monday, June 2. Grand View Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Perry (Perry, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, Carroll moves to 0-4 on the season. The Tigers host Ballard (Huxley, IA) to confront the Bombers in a Raccoon River battle on Monday, June 2. The Bombers come into the battle with a record of 1-5. Ballard lost 7-1 in their recent non-league battle against Creston (Creston, IA)
