Maryland High School Baseball - Wheaton gets by Rockville
May 4, 2022: Rockville, MD 20851 Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Rockville Rams (Rockville, MD), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Wheaton upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Knights host Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD) to battle the Screamin' Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Screamin' Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-12. Seneca Valley won 9-2 in their recent league test against Kennedy (Silver Spring, MD)
With the defeat, Rockville falls to 3-10 on the season. The Rams host Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD) to battle the Barons in a non-league test on Friday, May 6. The Barons come into the test with a record of 12-7. Bethesda-Chevy Chase won 1-0 in their recent league test against Whitman (Bethesda, MD)
