Illinois High School Softball - Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin gets by Chrisman
May 4, 2022: Bismarck, IL 61814 The Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils nipped the visiting Chrisman Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (12-7) will now prepare for their battle against Salt Fork (Sidell, IL). The Storm go into the Vermilion Valley battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Salt Fork held off Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL), 6-3, in a league battle.
The Cardinals now possess a 0-13 record. They play next when they travel to Westville for a Vermilion Valley battle on Monday, May 9. Chrisman will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Georgetown-Ridge Farm (Georgetown, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 19-3.
