Arkansas High School Baseball - Prescott defeats Drew Central
May 4, 2023: Monticello, AR 71655 Prescott Curley Wolves (Prescott, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Drew Central Pirates (Monticello, AR), 14-8 in a non-league test.
With the win, Prescott upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Curley Wolves travel to Genoa Central (Texarkana, AR) to battle the Dragons in a 3A Region 7 test on Friday, May 5. The Dragons come into the test with a record of 20-1. Genoa Central won 11-4 in their recent non-league test against Smackover (Smackover, AR)
With the defeat, Drew Central falls to 10-7 on the season.
