May 4, 2023: Portsmouth, VA 23701 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Manor Mustangs (Portsmouth, VA) and the visiting Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA), saw Manor's soccer squad get by Warwick by a count of 3-2.
The Mustangs now hold a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bethel for a non-league test on Friday, May 5. Manor will meet a Bruins squad coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Woodside (Newport News, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Warwick drops to 1-4 on the season. The Raiders host Gloucester (Gloucester, VA) to meet the Dukes in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 9. The Dukes come into the test with a record of 8-0. Gloucester won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Menchville (Newport News, VA)
