Tennessee High School Soccer - Howard Tech nudges Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences
May 4, 2023: Chattanooga, TN 37408 Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers (Chattanooga, TN) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots (Chattanooga, TN), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hustlin' Tigers confront the McMinn County Cherokees (Athens, TN) in a 3A District 5 challenge, on Saturday, May 6. Howard Tech will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Cherokees enter the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 2-2 non-league Cumberland County (Crossville, TN).
The Patriots now possess a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host Chattanooga Prep for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences will confront a Sentinels team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Marion County (Jasper, TN). The Sentinels record now stands at 7-10.
