New York High School Softball - Morrisville-Eaton knocked off by Poland
May 4, 2023: Poland, NY 13431 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Poland Tornadoes (Poland, NY) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Morrisville-Eaton Warriors (Morrisville, NY), by a margin of 8-0.
With the triumph, Poland moves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Tornadoes travel to Adirondack (Boonville, NY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Friday, May 5. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 6-1. Adirondack won 1-0 in their recent non-league contest against Herkimer (Herkimer, NY)
In their next game, the Warriors play the Madison Central Blue Devils (Madison, NY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, May 6. Morrisville-Eaton will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Blue Devils come into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 15-2 league loss to Cincinnatus Central (Cincinnatus, NY).
