May 4, 2024: Deer Isle, ME 04627 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) and the host Deer Isle-Stonington Mariners (Deer Isle, ME), saw Mount View's baseball squad beat Deer Isle-Stonington by a margin of 6-4.
Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Winthrop Ramblers (Winthrop, ME) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 6. Mount View will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Ramblers enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 13-2 league loss to Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME).
The Mariners now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orono for a non-league battle on Friday, May 10.
