May 4, 2024: Newark, DE 19711 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) volleyball squad nudged the host Newark Charter School Patriots (Newark, DE), by a margin of 3-2.
Next up, the Vikings face the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a Henlopen North contest, on Wednesday, May 8. Cape Henlopen will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Odessa (Townsend, DE).
