May 4, 2024: Wayne, NJ 07470 Wayne Hills Patriots (Wayne, NJ) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Gill St. Bernard's Knights (Gladstone, NJ), 12-8 in a non-league battle.
The Patriots now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pompton Lakes for a non-league battle on Monday, May 6. Wayne Hills will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to Emerson (Emerson, NJ). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-2.
In their next game, the Knights clash with the Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 4. Gill St. Bernard's will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Bombers come into the battle with a 7-4 record after their 21-11 league win over J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ).
