May 4, 2024: Lombard, IL 60148 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Glenbard West Hilltoppers (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the host Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL), saw Glenbard West's soccer squad knock off Glenbard East by a margin of 2-0.
The Hilltoppers now sport a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Oak Park-River Forest for a West Suburban - Silver test on Tuesday, May 7. Glenbard West will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 6-9.
With the loss, Glenbard East drops to 8-5 on the season. The Rams host Bartlett (Bartlett, IL) to meet the Hawks in a Upstate Eight test on Tuesday, May 7. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 11-4. Bartlett won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL)
