In Saturday's non-league contest, the First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting West Carteret Patriots (Morehead City, NC), by a count of 15-0.

Coming up next, the Nighthawks confront the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 7. First Flight will attempt to advance on its 14-4 season record. The Rampants enter the contest with a 10-4 record after their 10-8 non-league win over South Brunswick (Southport, NC).

The Patriots now own a 4-8 record.
