South Dakota High School Softball - Dakota Valley bounces Winner
May 4, 2024: North Sioux City, SD 57049 The Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD) softball routed the visiting Winner Warriors (Winner, SD), 19-3 in Saturday's league bout.
The Panthers (7-8) will now prepare for their bout against Beresford (Beresford, SD). The Watchdogs go into the Class A bout with a 11-6 record. In their last bout, Beresford was routed by Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD), 19-18, in a league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 3-12 record. They play next when they travel to Beresford for a Class A bout on Saturday, May 4. Winner will confront a Watchdogs squad coming off a 19-18 league loss to Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD). The Watchdogs record now stands at 11-6.
