New Jersey High School Softball - Fair Lawn bounces Ridgefield Park
May 4, 2024: Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Ridgefield Park Scarlets (Ridgefield Park, NJ), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Cutters now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Immaculate Heart Academy for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. Fair Lawn will face a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 10-0 league win over Academy of the Holy Angels (Demarest, NJ). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 19-2.
With the loss, Ridgefield Park falls to 15-7 on the campaign. The Scarlets host Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 5-12. Cliffside Park lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against New Milford (New Milford, NJ)
