The Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) volleyball overcame the host Newtown Nighthawks (Newtown, CT), 3-0 in Wednesday's league outing.

With the win, Cheshire upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Rams travel to Xavier (Middletown, CT) to face the Falcons in a South-West outing on Friday, May 7. The Falcons go into the outing with a record of 3-4. Xavier won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT)

The Nighthawks now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Oxford for a South-West outing on Friday, May 7. Newtown will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Amity Regional (Woodbridge, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-10.
