May 5, 2021: Woodland Hills, CA 91364 The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA) and the visiting Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA), saw Taft's volleyball squad beat Granada Hills Charter by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Taft upgrades its record to 9-3 on the year. The Toreadors travel to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA) to play the Hunters in a non-league bout on Thursday, May 6. The Hunters go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Canoga Park lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA)
The Highlanders now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Birmingham for a West Valley bout on Wednesday, May 12. Granada Hills Charter will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 0-5.
