Indiana High School Baseball - Bloomington North prevails Owen Valley
May 5, 2022: Spencer, IN 47460 Bloomington North Cougars (Bloomington, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Owen Valley Patriots (Spencer, IN), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bloomington North upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Cougars host Southport (Indianapolis, IN) to battle the Cardinals in a Conference Indiana test on Tuesday, May 10. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 6-11. Southport lost 12-2 in their recent non-league test against Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN)
With the defeat, Owen Valley falls to 11-3 on the season. The Patriots travel to Edgewood (Ellettsville, IN) to battle the Mustangs in a Western Indiana test on Tuesday, May 10. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 10-9. Edgewood won 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Mitchell (Mitchell, IN)
