May 5, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19803 The Brandywine Bulldogs baseball team (Wilmington, DE), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE)
The Colonials now hold a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hodgson Vo-Tech for a non-league outing on Tuesday, May 10. William Penn will confront a Eagles team coming off a 11-6 non-league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Sanford Warriors (Hockessin, DE) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, May 7. Brandywine will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Tatnall (Wilmington, DE).
