Ligonier Valley Rams (Ligonier, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA), 17-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ligonier Valley upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Rams travel to Derry (Derry, PA) to battle the Trojans in a WPIAL 3A 3 test on Monday, May 9. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 9-4. Derry won 19-13 in their recent non-league test against Kiski School (Saltsburg, PA)

With the defeat, Homer-Center falls to 5-7 on the season. The Wildcats host Indiana (Indiana, PA) to battle the Little Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Little Indians come into the test with a record of 9-6. Indiana won 6-5 in their recent league test against Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA)
