May 5, 2022: Southbury, CT 06488 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT) and the host Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT), saw Bethel's lacrosse team nudge Pomperaug by a margin of 8-7.
The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Masuk (Monroe, CT). The Panthers enter the South West challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Masuk edged Brookfield (Brookfield, CT), 13-9, in a league challenge.
