Ohio High School Lacrosse - Magnificat overwhelms Shaker Heights
May 5, 2022: Rocky River, OH 44116 The Magnificat Blue Streaks lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the visiting Shaker Heights Red Raiders to 6 in the Blue Streaks non-league win on Thursday.
The Blue Streaks (6-10) will now prepare for their match against Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH). The Shoremen go into the non-league match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Avon Lake knocked off Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH), 10-9, in a non-league contest.
The Red Raiders now own a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Lake Catholic for a non-league contest on Saturday, May 7. Shaker Heights will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 20-11 non-league win over Riverside (Painesville, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 10-3.
