Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Mars tipped by Mt. Lebanon
May 5, 2022: Pittsburgh, PA 15228 In Thursday's non-league test, the host Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-11 victory over the Mars Fightin' Planets.
The Blue Devils now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pine-Richland for a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. Mt. Lebanon will face a Rams squad coming off a 13-8 non-league win over Peters Township (McMurray, PA). The Rams record now stands at 11-2.
In their next game, the Fightin' Planets face the Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 2 test, on Monday, May 9. Mars will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Bridgers come into the test with a 0-5 record after their 20-2 league loss to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA).
