South Carolina High School Soccer - Dixie held off by Gray Collegiate Academy
May 5, 2022: West Columbia, SC 29169 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles (West Columbia, SC) and the visiting Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC), saw Gray Collegiate Academy's soccer squad get by Dixie by a margin of 2-1.
The War Eagles now sport a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to Southside Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. Gray Collegiate Academy will meet a Sabres squad coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Landrum (Landrum, SC). The Sabres record now stands at 10-6.
With the loss, Dixie drops to 9-6 on the season.
