Massachusetts High School Softball - Agawam bounces Holyoke
May 5, 2022: Holyoke, MA 01040 Agawam Brownies (Agawam, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Holyoke Purple Knights (Holyoke, MA), 18-5 in a non-league challenge.
The Brownies now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hampshire Regional for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 6. Agawam will face a Raiders squad coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Holyoke falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Purple knights host Granby (Granby, MA) to face the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 6. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 3-5.
