Connecticut High School Softball - Farmington bounces Lewis Mills
May 5, 2022: Burlington, CT 06013 The Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) softball routed the host Lewis Mills Spartans (Burlington, CT), 22-10 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The River Hawks (1-11) will now prepare for their bout against Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT). The Lions go into the Central Connecticut - West bout with a 2-9 record.
The Spartans now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester for a non-league bout on Monday, May 9. Lewis Mills will confront a Red Hawks squad coming off a 4-1 league win over South Windsor (South Windsor, CT). The Red Hawks record now stands at 5-7.
