Waterloo Bulldogs (Waterloo, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Althoff Catholic Crusaders (Belleville, IL), 9-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Waterloo upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Bulldogs host Carterville (Carterville, IL) to battle the Lions in a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. The Lions come into the test with a record of 15-10. Carterville won 12-7 in their recent non-league test against Benton (Benton, IL)
