Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) and the host Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA), saw Central's baseball squad knock off Central Cambria by a count of 11-8.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 8. Central will attempt to move on its 14-2 season record. The Mountaineers enter the battle with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA).

The Red Devils now possess a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they host Richland for a Laurel Highlands 1 battle on Monday, May 8. Central Cambria will play a Rams squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA). The Rams record now stands at 9-5.
