May 5, 2023: Howard City, MI 49329 In Friday's non-league battle, the host Tri County Area Vikings soccer squad scored a close 4-3 win over the Greenville Yellow Jackets.
The Vikings (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI). The Cardinals go into the Central State battle with a 3-5 record.
The Yellow Jackets (2-11) will now prepare for their battle against Cedar Springs (Cedar Springs, MI). The Red Hawks go into the Ottawa-Kent - White battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Cedar Springs was nudged by Rockford (Rockford, MI), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
