Akron Tigers (Akron, NY) followers exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Clarence Red Devils (Clarence, NY), 7-6 in a non-league battle.

The Tigers now have a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they host Eden for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 10. Akron will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 12-11 non-league win over St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY). The Raiders record now stands at 3-5.

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 11. Clarence will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record.
