Kansas High School Softball - Cimarron bounces Colby
May 5, 2023: Cimarron, KS 67835 Cimarron Bluejays (Cimarron, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Colby Eagles (Colby, KS), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Bluejays now sport a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Goodland for a GWAC challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Cimarron will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Holcomb (Holcomb, KS). The Cowboys record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Colby falls to 7-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Holcomb (Holcomb, KS) to face the Longhorns in a GWAC challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a record of 15-1. Holcomb won 13-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Lakin (Lakin, KS)
