Ohio High School Softball - Coshocton bounces Hiland
May 5, 2023: Coshocton, OH 43812 Coshocton Redskins (Coshocton, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Hiland Hawks (Berlin, OH), 7-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Redskins now own a 2-19 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Rosecrans for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 5. Coshocton will battle a Bishops squad coming off a 14-0 league loss to Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH). The Bishops record now stands at 1-11.
With the loss, Hiland falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Hawks host Malvern (Malvern, OH) to battle the Hornets in a Inter-Valley challenge on Monday, May 8. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 3-16. Malvern won 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Christian (Kidron, OH)
