The Indians now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Clopton for a Class 2 District 5 challenge on Wednesday, May 7. Van-Far will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, MO). The Hawks record now stands at 11-6.
With the defeat, Sturgeon drops to 7-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, MO) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7.
