The St. John's Pioneers volleyball squad (Shrewsbury, MA), dropped 3-1 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Newton South Lions (Newton, MA)

With the win, Newton South improves its record to 5-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Westford Academy (Westford, MA) to encounter the Grey Ghosts in a Dual County battle on Wednesday, May 7.
