May 5, 2025: East Lansing, MI 48823 East Lansing Trojans (East Lansing, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lansing Catholic Cougars (Lansing, MI), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, East Lansing advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Waverly (Lansing, MI) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 1-13. Waverly lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Portland (Portland, MI)
The Cougars now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Ionia for a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. Lansing Catholic will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-7.
